Terms of Service

By using our services, clients agree to the following terms:

• All services are provided based on a confirmed booking or agreement.
• Payment terms must be followed as agreed, before or after service.
• Certification is issued only after successful treatment completion.
• Any regulatory rejection due to incorrect packaging (pre-treatment condition) is the responsibility of the client.

Service Delivery

All treatments are carried out by trained professionals using government-approved methods and equipment, in accordance with ISPM-15 guidelines and applicable phytosanitary regulations.

Certification & Documentation

Official heat treatment stamps (HT mark), fumigation treatment certificates, and supporting export clearance documents are provided upon successful completion of treatment, ensuring transparency and traceability for international shipments.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their cargo, ensuring packaging is in suitable pre-treatment condition, and complying with the destination country's import requirements.
